Terms and conditions
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The amount is charged when payment is completed at checkout.
Delivery
We ship to the address or pickup point selected by the customer at checkout. Delivery time and shipping cost depend on the selected delivery method and are shown before payment.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned securely packaged and in substantially the same condition. Certain goods, used spare parts or special orders may be excluded if this is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Defects and complaints
The provisions on defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. Contact us as soon as possible if goods are defective, incorrect or damaged upon receipt.
